Drop by and have a go cooking with us!
Over the course of 30 minutes join us for
a workshop to teach you how to make the most, delicious, nutritious food for you and the family - in bulk and with no waste.

We’ll be making our own inspirational Pitta breads with cous cous and a selection of freshly roasted seasonal vegetables from local suppliers. We’ll be talking you through some basic nutrition as we go and you’ll get to take your delish food away with you!

I’m Ally Read the founder of ‘Foodage4thought’ and I have been running Cooking and Nutrition classes in local schools for over 10 years. I have now branched out to raise the profile and educate adults to equip themselves with the dietary knowledge and technical know how to cook speedy, affordable, seasonal, nutritious, zero waste, AND most importantly inspirational food!

My workshops and strategies have been created to be inclusive, so no matter what your entry level or budget is, there are hacks for EVERYONE!

I believe that arming adults with this knowledge, paves the way for future generations to install a good, pay-it-forward, food culture.
