Bradford on Avon
Food & Drink Festival

good to go

We’re Good to Go!

Our priority is to ensure the safety of our visitors, artists, stallholders and staff.

We will watch Government advice and risk levels towards July and should we need to implement or relax precautions we will do so in-line with the latest recommendations.

With that in mind:

QR CODE - There will be a QR code at the festival, please scan as you make your way in.

PPE - All event staff you come into contact with will be required to wear Face coverings. Gloves may be worn on the festival entrance when handling money. All PPE will be properly disposed of.

HYGIENE - Touch points will be disinfected and loos cleaned regularly.

We plan to space out our features and stalls to avoid pinch points.

At the main entrance and the main exit of the festival there will be liquid hand sanitisers for you to use.

We do advise you to wear a face mask.

Please do bring your own hand sanitiser to the festival.

Visitors are encouraged to bring their own deckchairs and blankets too. This will help reduce multi-use of our picnic benches and seating and also helps with social distancing.

We ask our visitors to assess their health before coming to the festival. if you are feeling unwell, have a temperature or a new and persistent cough we ask that you stay at home. Please do not come to the festival.

We will be monitoring the site to ensure compliance or both visitors and stall holders.

We're confident that Bradford on Avon Food Festival will go ahead as planned on July 17th and 18th. But if that’s not possible due to Govt restrictions, we’ll refund your visitor tickets.

Please note that we will not be able to refund the booking fees, only the face value of tickets.

We’re Good to Go!

"We’re Good To Go" is the official UK mark to signal that a tourism and hospitality business has worked hard to follow Government and industry COVID-19 guidelines and has a process in place to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing.
