You can purchase tickets in advance online here. 


No tickets will be available to buy at the gate over the festival weekend. No cash payments.


You can of course buy tickets over the weekend but they need to be bought via our online ticket system here.

Complimentary adult carer tickers can be obtained on the day of your visit upon presentation of proof of registered disability (such as a blue body, freedom pass, DLA letter or PiP letter)

Entrance to all areas of the Food Festival.

All celebrity chef cookery demonstrations are free to attend once inside the event space.

Bluewater does allow dogs in their external spaces, but sadly we cannot accommodate any dogs within the festival event space with the exception of assistance dogs.

Bluewater has 13,000 car parking spaces which are extra wide and free to use all day every day. Car parking spaces are never more than a five­ minute walk away from entrances with separate pedestrian pathways so children are not crossing busy roadways.

There are cycle bars outside House of Fraser, near the John Lewis Customer Collection Point (red car park), in the green car park and outside the Marks and Spencer food hall where bikes can be secured.


They also have designated motorcycle spaces which are situated to the left hand side of John Lewis, adjacent to the ground level of the green multi-decked car park. Look out for a cobbled area of paving where you will find bays marked out with a motorbike symbol on the floor.

There are specially designated parking bays for Bluewater guests located throughout the car parks adjacent to the entrances. Please note: Guests are advised to park in the Yellow Car Park if they need easy access to Shop Mobility services. 

The festival is accessible with a wheelchair. On entry and around the festival site. There is a ramp into the marquee.

There are specially designated parking bays for Bluewater guests with small children and pushchairs located throughout the car parks adjacent to the entrances.
There are no loos within the event space, however there are plenty of loos, accessible loos and baby changing a short distance away within The Village entrance of the shopping centre.

We will have seating at the event - both inside and outside.

Smoking/vaping is not permitted anywhere on the festival site.

We will be ready if you come rain or shine, but it’s always best to dress for the English weather!


80% of the event is under cover

Absolutely! Adults, children and babies are most welcome although please bear in mind that due to government rules only people of the age of 18 years and above can drink alcohol.

All children under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.

Scrumptious Food Festivals is fully committed to safeguarding children, and as such all children must be accompanied by an adult. Unaccompanied children will not be granted entry to the Food Festival.

When you enter the Scrumptious Food Festival at Bluewater Shopping Centre, you enter an area where photography, audio, video and drone recording may occur.

By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by Scrumptious Food Festival and its affiliates and representatives.
